At Print Club, we truly appreciate your trust and respect any concerns you may have about online security. With that in mind, we are committed to maintaining a highly secure ordering system.

We use IBM’s WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS) as our e-commerce platform. This combined with security features native to most Internet browsers allows us to provide very advanced security for your online purchases. Purchasing from Print Club has always been, and always will be, very secure; our protocols have never been compromised.

In addition to WCS, we also use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for the transmission of data from your computer to our web site’s server as well as 128-bit strong encryption of that data. These features provide some of the highest security available. How can you tell that our security parameters are in action? From the moment you checkout of our store and/or login to Your Account, our store’s security features are automatically triggered.

Your Internet browser will first look for our digital security that verifies that we are indeed printclub.com. Specifically, we use a digital certificate issued by Verisign. This certificate confirms our identity and ensures that your browser is communicating with our web site. This verification happens in the background each time you place an order on our web site. To view our Verisign digital security certificate, click on the seal to the right. You will also see this seal appear during our Checkout process.

Your computer and our web site then will begin a secure connection. You will be able to verify this by the icon displayed in your browser and the web site address. When in secure mode, most popular Internet browsers display a security symbol (such as the lock for Microsoft’s Internet Explorer) in the lower portion of the window. Additionally, the start of the web site address will switch from the non-secure “http://” to the secure “https://.”

Upon entering secure mode, you will have the opportunity to enter your personal contact information and credit card number. Again, the exchange of this data between your browser and our web site will be highly encrypted using the SSL protocol and 128-bit strong encryption.

Lastly, security does not stop when you submit your order or update Your Account information. The same high protocols used during your transmission are also employed as we process your order and update Your Account.

If you have any additional questions about security at Print Club, please feel free tocontact one of our Customer Service Associates.
