If you are ever not completely satisfied with your Printclub order, we will quickly solve any problem, or you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

We know that you will be very happy with your Printclub purchase.

ReplacementsMost issues can be addressed quickly by troubleshooting. Check out our Troubleshooting/FAQs page or contact us for assistance. If we cannot help resolve your issue, we will gladly send you a replacement at no charge.
ReturnsWe understand that there may be times when you will need to return an item or two to us – we are the first to admit that no products are perfect made – to be honest even the original products have more defects than compatible. And we will gladly help with this. The only thing we ask is that you contact us before you return a product. This helps us track your return and ensure that it is resolved according to your wishes.

On all returns, we will refund you the price you paid for the items you return minus 15% of the value of the order (Shipping cost). We refund 100% if we made a mistake with your order. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to Printclub.com.

ExchangesIf you wish to make an exchange, your printer is broke or you just want to buy a new printer – Never be afraid of ask for exchanges to your new printer if you have some ink left for your old one. Simply contact us with what you have and what you want before you send us anything and we come to a agreement. We will charge 15$ in shipping for this service.
