Only a handful of other online retailers can claim this same distinction of being recognized as one of the top online retailers three years in a row. The awards are based on customer feedback about the overall shopping experience at an online store, from both a point-of-sale as well as after-delivery-of-goods perspective. In addition to traffic volume, seven service metrics were used to select the winners: ease of ordering, product selection and availability, on-time delivery, customer support, repurchase intent, product met expectations, and overall satisfaction.
